Our restaurant is a high-energy, community-driven restaurant and taproom built around great food, great hospitality, live entertainment, sports, events, and creating a place where people genuinely enjoy spending time. We are continuing to grow and are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a team that cares about the guest experience. This is not an entry-level pizza position. We are looking for someone who knows pizza, understands the pace of a busy kitchen, and can consistently put out a great product. What We're Looking For Previous professional pizza-making experience Strong hand-stretching experience — you must be comfortable stretching dough by hand Brick oven experience strongly preferred Ability to work efficiently and consistently during high-volume service Strong understanding of dough handling, topping, baking, timing, and presentation Clean, organized, and disciplined work habits Dependable, team-oriented attitude Ability to maintain quality standards when the kitchen gets busy Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week Weekend availability is mandatory What You'll Do Hand stretch and prepare pizzas to our restaurant standards Operate and manage pizzas through a brick oven Prepare and maintain your station for service Execute orders quickly without sacrificing quality Maintain proper food safety, cleanliness, and organization Communicate and work closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams Help create the consistent food experience our guests expect every time they visit Why our restaurant?
