Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and optimize meal preparation processes Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role, preferably in fine dining or restaurant settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs Familiarity with catering services and large-scale food service operations Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Background in dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus for understanding special dietary requirements This role is perfect for passionate culinary professionals eager to grow their skills while delivering memorable dining experiences.
