We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to provide breakfast cooking services, prepare high-quality breakfast dishes, and support an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

At Mims Hospitality Services, we work closely with hotel owners and management companies to deliver experienced interim leadership and reliable frontline staffing, ensuring seamless operations and consistent guest satisfaction . Position Responsibilities Prepare breakfast ingredients and food items according to established recipes and standards Assist with breakfast service and ensure food is prepared and presented on time Prepare eggs, meats, potatoes, vegetables, breads, and other breakfast items Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area Properly store and label food items Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Assist with kitchen cleanup and closing duties Work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment Support the kitchen team with additional duties as needed Qualifications Previous breakfast, prep cook, hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen experience preferred Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
