Job Description

The Line Cook prepares and executes menu items according to restaurant recipes while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities will include:

Prepare mise en place. Cook menu items to specification. Maintain station cleanliness. Rotate product (FIFO). Maintain food temperatures. Communicate with Expo and Chef. Assist teammates. Complete opening and closing duties.
