This position is responsible for preparing and serving meals and snacks with a focus on meeting specific dietary needs and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff . Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies if needed Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred, with a focus on cooking roles. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation methods. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
