• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Ensure efficient food preparation and presentation, ensuring that meals are served hot and look appealing
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special meals for residents with dietary restrictions or preferences
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Responsibilities:
