Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Public Service Adminstrator of Halth and Human Services for the Children Welfare Empoeee Licensure (CWEL) Manager. Essential Functions Serves as Child Welfare Employee Licensure Manager for Cook and Northern Regions. Manages and monitors CWEL Program electronic mailboxes and reviews/processes documents and inquiries. Manages the implementation of CWEL Program rules, policies, and procedures. Manages CWEL Quality Enhancement Program for regions of oversight. Serves as a CWEL Program Policy Representative.
