We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to our high standards, ensuring the best quality and taste for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Pizza Preparation :

Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and cheeses for pizza creation. Roll out dough, spread sauce, and arrange toppings in a visually appealing and precise manner.

Pizza Cooking :

Cook pizzas in a pizza oven, ensuring they are properly baked and reach the right temperature and texture. Monitor oven temperature to ensure consistent results.

Maintaining Cleanliness :

Keep the pizza station clean and organized at all times, following food safety guidelines. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.

Customer Service :

Ensure pizzas are made to order, following customer preferences for toppings and crust. Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Inventory Management :

Help monitor inventory levels for pizza ingredients and inform the kitchen manager when supplies need to be restocked.

Quality Control :

Inspect pizzas before they are sent out to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards for appearance, taste, and quality.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with other kitchen staff to prepare other menu items as needed and maintain an organized workflow.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role within a restaurant kitchen. Knowledge of pizza preparation, including dough making, sauce preparation, and various topping combinations. Familiarity with operating pizza ovens, both traditional and modern. Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods. Good communication and teamwork skills. A passion for food and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen environment.

Physical Demands :

Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift and carry up to [40] pounds. Ability to work in a hot and fast-paced environment.
