Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook and bring your passion for food to life! Your culinary expertise will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Duties Stocking the line and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and mixers Follow food safety protocols and handle food properly to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations Assist in other areas Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools through regular cleaning and sanitation Ensure the daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. Work well under pressure in a very fast paced environment. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly desirable Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods Knowledge of safety standards in food production and food handling procedures Ability to communicate clearly with team members in a fast-paced environment Experience operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, slicers, and mixers Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a real difference!
