Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the kitchen by assisting in food preparation and ensuring that all ingredients are ready for cooking. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Help with inventory management by checking supplies and reporting shortages. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
