Exhibit 'A' Brewing Company is excited to open the doors of our new Williamsburg, MA location and offer great beer, cocktails and bar fare to our patrons. We are looking to hire line cooks to our staff. Our back of house kitchen staff will play an important part in the customer experience by preparing bar fare for enjoying in our facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow food preparation standards and instructions
• Ensure all food is cooked as instructions dictate, temp checking product if necessary
• Kitchen set up, including but not limited to: turning on equipment, inventory products, preparing food for service.
• Kitchen break down, including but not limited to: cleaning of all dishes, terrains, equipment; shutting down dishwasher, sweep and mop floors, empty trash, rotate stock,
• Follow all standards for preparing and serving food.

Included but not limited to:

ServeSafe, Food Allergen, Sanitization and Cleanliness

• Assist in forecasting inventory needs
• Properly use kitchen equipment including but not limited to: open fryer, pizza oven, grill top, dishwasher, convection oven
• Utilize POS software for order tracking and expediting

Essential Skills:

• Ability to read and follow recipes
• Adhere to portion control
• Have active related certifications such as Serve Safe, Food Allergen, CPR/First Aid/AED
• Understand and adhere to sanitation and cleanliness regime and standards
• Adhere to proper use of kitchen equipment
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Execute role with integrity
• Ability to measure ingredients and count for inventory
• Maintain a fast paced environment
• Able to multitask and reprioritize as needed.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
