Job Description

Mo's is looking for a dependable and hardworking line cook to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards. Setting up and stocking the line before each shift. Maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary work area. Following food safety and proper food-handling procedures. Work efficiently during busy service hours. Communicating and working well with the kitchen team Assisting with prep work, dishes and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-pased environment. Strong teamwork and communications skills. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Able to stand for extended periods of time and safely left up to 50 pounds.
