This person will work grill and/or inside expo, communicating clearly with the kitchen team, calling tickets, controlling timing, and making sure every plate leaves the kitchen correctly and up to our standards.

What we need:

Strong, clear, vocal communication during service Ability to control ticket flow and keep the kitchen organized Strong grill skills and understanding of proper cook temperatures High standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency Confidence to correct mistakes and hold the line accountable Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive during high-volume shifts Lead by example and help create a focused, professional kitchen This is a lead position on the line for someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized kitchen and making sure every guest receives the food the way it should be.
