We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated Hibachi Cook to join our team at Yoshi Hibachi Grille . No hibachi or restaurant cooking experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works well with others, and can handle a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Hibachi Cook, you will be trained to prepare hibachi-style meals including chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, vegetables, fried rice, noodles, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook hibachi meals to order Learn proper cooking techniques for meats, seafood, vegetables, rice, and noodles Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Read and accurately prepare kitchen tickets Keep the grill, prep area, and kitchen clean and organized Properly store, label, and rotate food Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Assist with food preparation and restocking Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night periods Communicate with other kitchen staff, cashiers, and management Complete opening and closing duties as assigned What we are looking for: No previous hibachi experience required No previous restaurant experience required Willingness to learn and be trained Dependable and punctual Positive attitude Strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working around a hot grill Ability to stand for extended periods Evening and weekend availability preferred We are willing to invest time in training someone who is dependable, motivated, and serious about learning. Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
