Lead Cook State Street Café - Garfield, MN Full-Time | Starting at $16/20 hour (DOE) State Street Café is a family-owned restaurant known for homemade breakfasts, comfort food, and serving our community with pride. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Cook who enjoys working independently and takes ownership of the kitchen. If you're looking for a job where your work matters, your ideas are valued, and you're trusted to do what you do best, we'd love to meet you. Schedule Full-time Wednesday through Sunday Availability for at least 3 out of every 4 weekends each month is required. Consistent, year-round hours Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to quality. Independently manage the kitchen during your shift. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe. Complete daily prep and assist with inventory management. Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Communicate well with servers and fellow team members. We're Looking For Someone Who Has previous restaurant cooking experience. Can work independently and make sound decisions. Takes pride in producing high-quality food. Is dependable and shows up ready to work. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Wants a stable, long-term position with a team they can grow alongside.
