We are looking for a versatile and reliable Line Chef / Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. In this role, you will play a key part in daily restaurant operations, preparing ingredients and executing a diverse menu that spans full breakfast offerings to lunch and dinner favorites—including pizza, tacos, subs, salads, burgers, and chicken dishes. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality menu items across all meal periods (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). Handle daily food prep, line organization, and standard kitchen operational duties. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and efficient workspace. Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Schedule & Availability:

Shifts primarily focus on evenings , with optional day shifts available if desired. Requires availability for alternating weekends . Very flexible scheduling —we work with you to support your availability!

Qualifications:

Cooking or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic! Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
