Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices. Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers when preparing meals. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is required. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
