Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and food safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work with professional kitchen equipment, including Bakers Pride brick ovens and a Hobart dough mixer, contributing to a vibrant dining experience for our customers. Duties Operate kitchen equipment such as brick ovens and dough mixers efficiently and safely. Prepare pizza dough using the Hobart dough mixer, ensuring proper consistency and quality. Follow established recipes accurately to produce consistent and delicious pizzas. Manage food safety procedures, including proper sanitizing of equipment and work surfaces. Monitor cooking times and oven temperatures to ensure optimal results. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station throughout shifts. Assist in inventory management by properly storing ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold quality standards. Requirements One or more years of experience is required. Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as brick ovens and mixers safely and effectively. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures. Strong attention to detail with a focus on recipe adherence. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
