The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, for 40 hours per week. The current assignment window runs from 07/31/2026 to 09/30/2026, with potential to transition based on performance and business need. What you'll do:

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold menu items.
Support service across multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events.
Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices; set up, stock, and break down workstations.
Properly label, rotate, and store food; keep a clean, organized kitchen area.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team and communicate clearly during service.
