Job Description

Flannel Tavern is hiring for Lead Line/ Assistant Kitchen Manager for established award-winning restaurant featuring New England comfort food made from scratch with weekly specials. Our staff is cross trained in all positions: grill, fry, and prep. This position will lead the kitchen crew during service and assist owner with kitchen management. Potential management advancement. Clean and drug free kitchen. Family owned with fast paced but fun environment. Open lunch and dinner. Pay based on experience. Benefits and total compensation negotiable and will depend on experience. More info for serious applicants. We require minimum 3 years commercial kitchen experience for this position.
