The restaurant will serve American food with Asian twists. We are seeking creative and energetic staff members. Should be open to a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Also, have the ability to work as a team player as well as independently. Must have a positive attitude, be personable, and well kept. Must have good communication and people skills. Must know how to follow directions as instructed.

BOH staff:

• Kitchen experience is a plus
• Must know how to maintain food quality and food safety standards
• Must be organized and be able to maintain a clean work area
• Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Able to grasp, lift, carry up to 50 pounds, as needed
• Able to distinguish product, taste, texture, temperature, presentation, and preparation.

For those that do not have experience, we are willing to train, but applicant must be motivated and driven.
