Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing a variety of menu items with an emphasis on grilling, food assembly, and ingredient preparation. The ideal candidate will have experience in making cheesesteaks, hoagies, wraps, and other similar dishes, as well as preparing pizza dough, sauces, and other food components. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, including cheesesteaks, hoagies, wraps, and more. Make pizza dough, sauces, and other food preparation components to ensure freshness and consistency. Grill meats, vegetables, and other ingredients with precision to achieve optimal flavor and presentation. Assemble sandwiches, wraps, and other dishes efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean workstation at all times. Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Experience Prior experience in a similar role as a Grill Cook or Prep Cook is preferred. Must have experience making cheesesteaks, hoagies, wraps, pizza dough, sauces, and other food preparations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
