Job Description

The Gem is looking for morning prep cooks and 2evening line cooks to fill out our roster. Morning crew will assist with smoking meats and prepping food for service, dishes, etc. Good work environment, friendly team, room for upward growth, and a professional environment. This Job requires someone who can work all positions in the off season from Line cook to prep cook to dishwasher to food runner to expo. We need someone who is ready to work in all BOH capacities.
