Job Description
The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge at The Eldred Preserve is seeking an experienced Line Cook! We are looking for more then one Line Chef to add to our team . Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays and have reliable transportation year round. Expected to work 5+- days a week at $19-$25 based on experience and skill.
Applicants must:
must bring a positive attitude to work daily. Possess basic knife, cooking skills and prep have experience working in a kitchen with multiple stations and Skill sets clear understanding of cooking meats to temp Be able to follow recipes and work with a team Be able to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment Ensure the kitchen operates at New York food safety standards and understanding of (HACCP) Keep their station clean and sanitized Possess time management skills Be able to work on their feet for most of the day and lift 50 lbs. be available to work weekends,
