Job Summary:

Kitchen prep cook, runners and kitchen help We are looking for organized, dependable individuals who take pride in preparing quality food and keeping a clean, efficient kitchen. Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen specifications Wash, cut, portion, and properly store food Assist with daily kitchen prep and production Maintain clean and organized prep areas Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures Label and date food appropriately Help keep inventory organized and communicate when supplies are running low Assist cooks and other kitchen staff during busy service periods Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred but not required Reliable and punctualAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Able to follow directions and work independently Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

FOOD RUNNER / KITCHEN HELP

This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying busy and wants to be an important part of both the kitchen and front-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables quickly and accurately Assist servers and kitchen staff during busy service Help maintain communication between the kitchen and front of house Assist with basic food preparation as needed Clear and reset tables as needed Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning when needed Restock supplies throughout the shift Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Help wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
