Job Summary:

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing cooked and uncooked food items, adhering to product sensitivities and plate presentations, and ensuring all prepared foods meet Holiday Inn's standard of excellence.

Essential Job Functions:

• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift
• Properly producing the guest's order
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Putting orders away as they arrive
• Checking product for our quality standards
• Complete daily checklists
• Ensure all food produced meets expectations
• Follow systems for quality
• Alert management to any issues or problems
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays a must

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
