As a Line Cook, you will be a critical part of executing Kenoza Hall restaurant's daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, along with special events and weddings. We've welcomed cooks with both minimal and extensive past experience and have always provided the proper training and support for candidates willing to learn and further their skillset.

What You'll Do:

Supporting the Head Chef with running the day to day kitchen operations Preparing food Performing administrative tasks such as ordering ingredients and supplies Supervising kitchen staff as the manager on duty when needed Developing positive working relationships with owners, directors, and co-workers Ensuring compliance with all company safety protocols, including those specific to Covid-19

Where You'll Work:

5762 NY-52, Kenoza Lake, NY 12750 Work will be performed usually indoors, with some regular outdoor work, including occasional outdoor table service. Some restaurant spaces may be hot (kitchen) or involve other potential hazards such as hot plates/food/beverages and slippery floors.

Physical Requirements:

This position can be physically demanding. Walking up and down stairs may be required. Requires the ability to be on one's feet for long periods at a time. Carrying/balancing food and beverage. Must be able to lift 50lbs. This Foster Supply Hospitality property is pet-friendly. FSH team members are expected to be able to work in an environment that regularly hosts dogs and other pets.
