About the

Role:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Line Cook to prepare menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency. This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Set up and stock assigned stations before and during service Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Follow all food safety and health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills This position requires flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
