Job Summary We are looking to build our kitchen team!! We are looking for a candidate with several years of cooking experience and a good grasp on local ingredients, basic cooking skills, and the ability to prep your station efficiently. This is a scratch kitchen where we make most everything in house from breads and deserts to butchery to soups and sauces. working in our kitchen is a great way to improve your kitchen skills and grow as a young chef. Duties Prepare and assemble hot and cold menu items efficiently while adhering to recipe specifications and presentation standards Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment Ensure proper food handling practices are followed at all times, including portion control and allergen awareness Support production as needed during busy service times while maintaining attention to detail and quality Qualifications Previous experience in dietary aide roles or food service environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Skilled in operating various kitchen equipment such as grills, braising pans, poaching stations, and knives with proficiency Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while maintaining quality standards Excellent knife skills along with culinary experience across multiple cooking methods including grilling, braising, poaching, and food industry best practices Join our team here at the 6 Bells, we foster a safe and respectful work environment.

Pay:
