Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated

EXPERIENCED HAND TOSSED

Pizza Maker to join our team. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings in accordance with company recipes and standards. Assemble and cook pizzas to order, ensuring accuracy, taste, and presentation. Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times for consistent quality. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and prep area. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and minimizing waste. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or handling special requests. Support team members with other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in

HAND TOSSED PIZZA MAKING

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment.
