Candidate must have at least a high school diploma. We are seeking kitchen prep and food delivery for a daycare center 7:30 am- 1:30 pm M-F. Breakfast and lunch menu follow a 4 week rotation and includes both cold and hot food options. Lunch is cooked and provided by school district, but needs to be portioned and distributed to each classroom. Snack for the day also requires prepping. Our candidate must enjoy creating child-friendly, nutritious meals, and being with children. Because we are a part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program our meals must follow their guidelines. The candidate must be able to keep accurate food production records, be competent in basic math and have experience serving meals that feed upwards of 65 and more. The ability to multi-task while keeping a sense of humor will serve a candidate well in this job.
