Ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We are looking for a full-time head cook to join and lead our back-of-house team. If you already have solid kitchen experience with a track record of dependability and are looking for the opportunity that will move you from saying to hearing, "Yes, chef"—this is it.

Located in downtown Hubbard, OH, our menu focuses on Italian American comfort foods: pastas, hand-crafted burgers, fish, house-made soups, vegan and vegetarian options, and seasonal specials. Our bar and patio areas feature live music and events, and we are growing our catering services.

ABOUT YOU

Reliability:

Be ready to lead by example in attitude, attendance, and effort.

Flexibility:

Comfortable jumping between stations during a busy service to train or help your team.

Creativity:

Provide input on seasonal specials and other updates to keep our menu fresh. We want your ideas!

Responsibility:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation are always kept to standards.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$60,000 plus a performance-based bonus and a percentage of catering revenue.

Pay:

$60,000.00 per year
