Madeline's Dining & Events is seeking experienced, dependable Line Cooks who take pride in preparing high-quality food and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Work efficiently during lunch, dinner, and banquet service Ensure all food is prepared safely and consistently Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Help maintain proper food rotation and inventory Work multiple stations as needed Assist with banquet and wedding food production Qualifications Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a full-service restaurant Experience with sauté, grill, fry, and prep stations preferred Ability to multitask during busy service periods Strong work ethic with excellent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Weekend and evening availability required Reliable transportation What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Takes pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen Works well with others Stays calm during busy shifts Pays attention to detail Wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow Why Join Madeline's?
