Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other morning favorites with precision and flair Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all food handling and preparation areas Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with front-of-house staff and kitchen team members Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize flavor and presentation Support catering events or special breakfast functions as needed, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food handling protocols and dietary restrictions Proven culinary experience in restaurant or fine dining settings, showcasing strong food preparation and cooking skills Experience in food service environments where attention to detail and speed are essential for success Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper knife skills, meal preparation techniques, and kitchen safety practices Background in catering or large-scale meal preparation is a plus Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality control, hygiene, and customer service excellence Join us as a Breakfast Cook where your culinary talents will shine!
