Wednesday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time / 24 hrs/week) About the Role Anthony's of Old Forge—NEPA's #1 Italian Restaurant—is seeking an experienced, high-energy Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. Known for our iconic Old Forge-style pizza and traditional Italian cuisine, we take pride in quality, consistency, and fast-paced service. You will be responsible for preparing dough, stretching, topping, and baking tray pizzas to perfection in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare Old Forge-style pizzas, dough, sauces, and toppings according to house recipes and quality standards. Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure accurate cook times and high-volume production during peak hours. Assist with prep work, station setup, and basic line cooking as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure quick order turnaround and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications Experience:

Prior kitchen and pizza-making experience required (familiarity with Old Forge-style tray pizza is a plus).

Skills:

Strong knife skills, dough-handling ability, and comfort working near high-heat ovens.

Attributes:

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure during busy dinner rushes.

Physical Requirements:
