Seeking Cook up to 25 hours a week. $20

• 25hr starting depending on skill set & availability. The Cook will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for meal periods: to include Breakfast & Lunch (One dinner shift). The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but the owner may identify other responsibilities of the position.
• Must be able to open the restaurant and set up for the day. Mondays
• Closed Week-Day
• Kitchen opens 8am and closes at 2pm Weekend
• Kitchen opens 6am and closes at 2pm Fridays
• Kitchen opens 8am and closes at 8pm.

Half hour to 1 Hour may be needed for opening/closing before or after shift. Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen. Preparing workstations for cooking. Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment. Checking the quality of the ingredients. Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques. Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation. Manage food storage & stock. Must have prior experience as a cook. Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment. Must be skilled in various cooking techniques. Must know and follow sanitation procedures. Must showcase teamwork and communication skills. Must showcase great organizational skills. Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
