(leadership, sales/client facing, etc.) Duties Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen areas Prepare food on the line for in house guests Maintain clean working environments Set up coworkers on subsequent shifts for success through prep, cleaning & communication Assist with catering and restaurant food preparations Participate in kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to promote a safe working environment Skills/Experience Kitchen experience/know how
