Lodging Host Hotel Corp is looking for Line Cooks to provide excellently prepared food to our Cambria Hotel & Conference Center - Northlake, TX guests. We have one bar and restaurant which provides a limited menu, as well as room service to hotel guests and food services for our meeting/event spaces when requested.

Responsibilities of this position include:

Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products on the line stations Maintain a clean work station Assist in the daily cleaning of the cooking line At least 1 year of previous experience in hotel kitchen or full-service restaurant. Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks. Food Handler Certification Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen. Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
