Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Infor POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer experience. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in food handling procedures, ensuring proper sanitation and compliance with health regulations. Support food service operations by serving customers promptly and courteously in a quick-service or fast-food environment. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Infor POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in quick-service restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores is advantageous.
