- Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are currently looking for reliable kitchen staff members to join our team at The Post Bar & Grill.

Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation. Operate fryers and grills efficiently and safely Assemble burgers accurately according to menu specifications Prepare ingredients and workstation before and during shifts Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet shift needs Take direction and feedback with a positive attitude Exhibit strong work ethic and reliability Dishwashing Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness. Requirements Reliable Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Willingness to learn and take direction Availability weekends Able to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a hot environment Able to lift up to 40 lbs Current Food handlers permit +18, +21 preferred Experience Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
