Shifts available are in the morning for the cook position. Morning schedule consists of coming in at 7:00 am, preparing and serving breakfast at 7:45 am, then preparing and serving lunch at 11:45 am, and lastly starting preparations for dinner before leaving at 2:00 pm. Preparation area and dishes are cleaned before the end of the shift. The weekend shift days are Saturday and Sunday. Must have a proper understanding of balanced nutritional meals and be able to plate meals accordingly. A good sense of time management as meals are served at exact hours daily.
