Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for daily breakfast service, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Support high-volume food production while maintaining quality and consistency across all dishes. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and uphold health standards. Maintain organized workstations and stock ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments is highly desirable. Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and food production. Knowledge of dietary department practices and food safety management protocols. Ability to adhere strictly to recipes and portion sizes for consistent meal quality. Experience with operating kitchen equipment safely in a high-volume setting. Familiarity with food handling regulations, sanitizing procedures, and food safety standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
