Clean Eatz is hiring a dependable Line Cook & Meal Prep Assembler to join our kitchen team. This hands-on position includes preparing caf orders, completing food prep, and assembling our weekly meal-plan meals. We are looking for someone who works efficiently, follows recipes accurately, maintains a clean kitchen, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook caf menu items according to Clean Eatz recipesComplete daily food-preparation tasksCook proteins, vegetables, rice, pasta, and other menu ingredientsAssemble and package weekly meal-plan mealsAccurately portion ingredients using scales and measuring toolsLabel, date, rotate, and properly store prepared foodFollow recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standardsStock and organize kitchen stationsMonitor ingredient levels and communicate shortagesWash dishes and clean kitchen equipment, counters, floors, and work areasFollow all food-safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination proceduresWork efficiently with other kitchen and front-of-house employeesAssist with additional store responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Previous line cook, prep cook, kitchen, or food-service experience preferredComfortable cooking and working with commercial kitchen equipmentAble to follow recipes and portion food accuratelyStrong attention to detail and organizationDependable, punctual, and productiveAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchenWilling to clean, stock, prep, cook, and help wherever neededAble to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen suppliesServSafe or Food Handler certification is a plusWeekend availability is preferredPrevious kitchen experience is helpful, but we are willing to train a reliable candidate with a strong work ethic.
