Friday-Sunday, approximately 26 hours per weekend

Early September Job Duties:

Prepare and cook menu items using established recipes and guidelines, including seafood, burgers, and fried foods Assist with food prep, portioning, and stocking Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations from food handling/prep thru cooking and storing food Help with end-of-shift cleaning and basic kitchen maintenance

Skills:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required for the right person) Ability to work efficiently during busy service times Dependable and punctual for weekend shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced food truck environment Food safety knowledge is a plus
