Car Detailer - Part Time
Job Description
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of service. This starts with presenting them with a clean vehicle, inside and out. Every part of the vehicle that the customer sees and touches should give the impression that Blue Water's focus is on the details.
Part-Time hours:
4-6 days/week, 12-20 hours/week Preferred Skills- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to effectively manage an inventory of supplies. Primary Responsibilities
- Driving vehicles to and from the cleaning bay. Must have valid drivers license.
- Cleans all trash, debris, and dirt from the interior of the vehicle.
- Cleans and Vacuums floors, seats, and trunk.
- Conditions vinyl and leather.
- Polishes the dashboard, steering wheel, trims, and moldings inside the vehicle.
- Cleans all glass and mirrors on the vehicle, inside and out.
- Cleans and polishes wheel rims and makes them shine.
- Clean and spray tire walls to make them shine. Additional Responsibilities
- Adding fluids to the vehicle (ex. Oil and wiper fluid).
- Check tire pressure and inflate if needed.
- Manages the inventory of cleaning supplies. Work environment
- Time spent inside and outside of vehicles.
- Must work safely with soaps and cleaners.
- Time is spent working outside in both warm and cold weather.
