Duties Thoroughly wash and clean boats using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and presentable Assist with detailing tasks such as buffing, polishing, and waxing Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties inside and outside the boats and office to maintain cleanliness standards Help with general boat maintenance tasks, including checking for damages or needed repairs Safely operate driving equipment or vehicles required for moving boats around the facility or dock area Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are properly stored after use Able to lift 20+ pounds Looking for a team player that enjoys working in a fast paced environment with many different projects Skills Experience in cleaning, detailing, buffing, or janitorial work is highly desirable Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers or buffers confidently Familiarity with driving or operating small vehicles or carts used in boat yard operations Attention to detail to ensure every boat meets high cleanliness standards Knowledge of tying up boats and plugging in shore power cords Excellent work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently in outdoor environments Available to work weekends Join us in delivering exceptional boat care while gaining valuable experience in a lively, fast-paced setting!
