Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior washing and cleaning of boats using appropriate equipment and techniques Conduct bottom paint correction , buffing to restore shine and remove surface imperfections Detail the interior of boats, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and dashboard polishing Utilize buffers and polishing tools safely to achieve a flawless finish Maintain vessel cleanliness by applying safe work practices during cleaning and detailing processes Follow all safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Qualifications Knowledge of vessel paint correction, buffing, and boat cleaning techniques is a must Strong understanding of safe work practices when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods during detailing tasks Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client satisfaction Have knowledge in using buffers wax and polishing
