The Detailer seat is responsible for performing high-quality detailing work for Jerry V's Auto Group, including cleaning, polishing, and finalizing vehicles to ensure they meet our exceptional quality standards before being delivered to customers. We're seeking high-performing candidates that will deliver consistent, quality detailing work for collision center vehicles while meeting efficiency standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age. Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Seidos insurance policy. Ability to do consistent physical activity -- reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Be able to understand instructions -- written and verbal Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will perform all-purpose detailing duties, which include but are not limited to: Interior Detailing - Thoroughly clean and restore all interior surfaces including seats, carpets, dashboard, console, and trim. Remove stains and odors to ensure a like-new appearance. Exterior Detailing - Wash, polish, and wax exterior surfaces to restore shine and protect paint. Remove minor scratches, water spots, and contaminants from paint surfaces. Glass and Trim - Clean all windows, mirrors, and trim to a streak-free finish. Ensure proper visibility and appearance of all glass surfaces. Demonstrate competence in moving both passenger vehicles and commercial trucks within facility guidelines. Lot Management - Maintain organized vehicle lots for both the collision center and truck repair facility, ensuring efficient use of space and easy location of vehicles. Vehicle Photography - Photograph each vehicle once detailing is complete for online listings.
