Located in the heart of St. Charles, you will be BUSY! Automotive Detailer Requirements Valid driver's license Good driving record Punctual attendance Sand, blow off, and clean cars to get ready for masking Mask cars to get ready for paint Tear off masking tape, paper, etc. after paint Fix chips, putty, glaze, and apply primer as necessary Occasional wet sanding and frequent buffing (de-nibbing) Detailing and Portering vehicles Keep work areas clean and well maintained Other duties as assigned by Manager Automotive Detailer Responsibilities Detail vehicles Manage inventory Empty trashcans and clean around shop in downtime Add gas to vehicles as needed Transport vehicles around shop or to other shops as needed
