In this energetic role, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning, polishing, and restoring vehicles to their optimal condition, ensuring each customer leaves with a spotless, showroom-quality vehicle. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior washing using cleaning equipment to achieve a flawless finish Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and interior surface polishing, to ensure a pristine vehicle interior Apply safe work practices at all times Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles by removing dirt, debris, and stains from both exterior and interior surfaces Utilize auto detailing facility experience to operate car wash systems efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Use custodial and janitorial skills to keep the detailing area organized, sanitized, and ready for daily operations Provide excellent customer service by explaining detailing procedures and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded Qualifications Proven experience in auto detailing or related custodial/janitorial roles with knowledge of vehicle exterior washing and interior cleaning techniques Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, automotive buffers, and vehicle paint correction methods preferred by will train the right candidate Strong understanding of safe work practices in an auto detailing environment Skilled in using cleaning equipment, automotive buffers, and other detailing tools with precision Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients' vehicles Valid driver's license - must bring it to the interview Prior auto detailing facility experience or car wash background is highly desirable Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) - must be fluent in English Some sales experience especially with offering memberships preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail makes a real difference!
